Welcome to WOTHEME. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital themes and templates. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By purchasing any product from WOTHEME, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2. Digital Product Delivery
All products are delivered digitally.
Access: Upon cleared payment, you will receive an automated email with a download link.
Verification: Some orders may be subject to manual anti-fraud verification, which may delay delivery by up to 12 hours.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
WOTHEME retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the software, designs, and code provided.
No Resale: You may not claim any of our products as your own.
Attribution: You are not required to provide a “Designed by WOTHEME” link in the footer of your projects unless using a free/GPL version specifically requiring it.
Unauthorized Use: You may not use our imagery, demos, or branding to resell your own modified versions of our products.
4. License Usage (The “Single Use” Rule)
Each purchase of a theme or template grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license:
Standard License: Valid for one (1) single end-product (one website/domain).
Developer/Extended License: If purchased, this allows for multiple installations as specified at the time of purchase.
Restrictions: You may not redistribute, sublicense, or share the source files with third parties or on “GPL” sharing sites.
5. Support Policy
We provide support for our products for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Included: Help with theme features, bug fixes, and installation issues.
Excluded: We do not provide support for custom CSS/JS modifications, third-party plugin conflicts, or general web hosting issues.
Response Time: Our team aims to respond to all tickets within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends).
6. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital software, all sales are final.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for “accidental” purchases or “change of mind.”
Technical Failure: Refunds are only issued if the product is proven to be defective/broken and our support team cannot provide a fix within 7 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
WOTHEME is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or website downtime. You use our templates at your own risk.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our downloads and support immediately, without notice, if we find evidence of:
License sharing or piracy.
Abusive behavior toward our support staff.
Unauthorized resale of our assets.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WOTHEME operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
